Please review the following important information before your stay: • Pre-Arrival Verification: This property has special compliance requirements. After booking, you will receive a link to a secure, third-party platform to complete a mandatory pre-arrival check-in. This includes signing a rental agreement, verifying your ID, and choosing between a non-refundable damage waiver ($59.97 for up to 10 nights) or a refundable security deposit hold ($500-$1,500). Arrival instructions will only be sent after this process is complete. Failure to complete this step will result in no access and no refund. • Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is available from 8 am to 8 pm EST. Late check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm EST require 48-hour notice and an additional fee. No check-ins are permitted after 10 pm without prior written approval. • Fees & Policies: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing before booking. A fee of $30 per pet, per night applies for stays of 7 nights or less. For stays longer than 7 nights, a flat fee of $275 applies. Free parking is limited to 2 vehicles; additional vehicles require prior approval and may incur a fee. • Special Approval Required: Please message us before booking to get written approval for one-night stays, bookings from local Missouri residents, or if you are traveling with animals, as special fees and restrictions may apply. • Property Monitoring: For your security, the property exterior and front door are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.
